What happens if data is missing?
The agent never sends incomplete documents. If mandatory legal fields are missing, it returns exactly the fields that are missing and asks you to fill them in before it delivers the .docx.
Is it safe for sensitive legal data?
Data stays per conversation, with no leakage to third parties. Every draft goes through human approval with a full history, and we design GDPR-first and around Article 50 of the EU AI Act on AI transparency.
Can I adapt it to my own workflows?
Yes. The architecture is built on a shared Teams shell, so we can build new agents for your own specific tasks instead of a general chatbot.
